Xbox Could Become The Parent Company of Bethesda

If you don’t know what’s going on, earlier we learned that Xbox has entered into an agreement to acquire ZeniMax Media. Which is the parent company of Bethesda. We don’t know when will this deal come to an agreement. But new information keeps coming about this deal.

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission released some information about this deal that says Microsoft’s filing to acquire ZeniMax Media has now been approved.

Now that the  U.S. commission approved and signed the deal, they need the European commission’s approval. If Europe signs this deal too, Xbox will be the parent company of Bethesda.
