Marvel Regained the Rights of Jessica Jones and Punisher From Netflix

Marvel got back the rights of Jessica Jones and Punisher from Netflix. The deal that was going on for years between Marvel and Netflix has come to a close. Every Marvel hero that Netflix held rights to is now back with Marvel.

Jessica Jones was a detective story and it was about Jones solving a series of crimes and mysteries in New York City.

And the Punisher was about a brutal vigilante. Story was about him Punishing the criminals.

Marvel and Netflix announced the deal of them making a mini Marvel Universe in Netflix in 2013. It had  Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. And later on, Punisher was added to this list. In 2019 this deal came to an end when Netflix announced that they are canceling the remainder of these Marvel Shows.

For the last two years, Netflix held the rights for some Marvel characters. But the rights of these characters are finally coming back to Marvel.

We don’t know what kind of projects Marvel will do with the rights of these characters. But there are some rumors about how we could see Daredevil in Spider-Man 3. We will see if this is true. But we are sure that Marvel will find great use of these characters.
