Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition to be a Separate Product

Metro Exodus developer 4A Games announced the PC Advanced Edition of the first-person shooter game. As with releases coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S, this updated PC version will be available as a free upgrade.

Metro Exodus on consoles will run at 60FPS with ray tracing. It will reach 4K on PS5 and Series X and target 1080p on Series S. You will be able to adjust the game’s FOV and will receive haptic feedback on the PS5 DualSense controller.

While it remains free upgrades, there is still no release date for these console versions. The Xbox version of the game will be released via Smart Delivery.

The Mac version of Metro Exodus will arrive in March on Apple Store, Steam and Epic Games Store. A Linux release will launch on Steam later in the year.
