Announced by Activision and Infinity Ward, Call of Duty: Warzone is getting two new Gulags along with a whole new map with the Season 1 update which will mark the beginning of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War affiliation with Call of Duty: Warzone.
We all know the iconic Gulag from past seasons in Call of Duty: Warzone. Every player has a chance of redeployment once in case they win in Gulag per game after a fierce 1v1.
We are now getting two new Gulags which surely will secure that old 1v1 fierce feeling we all know from the original Gulag. Seeing new, fresh surroundings during our wait for the fight will be refreshing for us players.
The first of the new two Gulags will be in Verdansk, our first and only map in the Warzone right now. Of course, Season 1 update on December 16th will change this. It’s a secret training facility that we saw in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, the Amerika Town built by the Soviets, it’s pretty much a Nuketown replica.
The second map will be for the new map of Call of Duty: Warzone, the Rebirth Island map, which will be located below the island complex.
