Director of Mortal Kombat 11 Says He Hopes for DC vs Marvel Fight With Hype for Injustice

Ed Boon, director of Mortal Kombat 11, mentioned his wish to see DC vs Marvel fight that increased the hype for Injustice 3, which isn’t even announced, but believed to be in development for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia. Some believe that the game will be released next year basing the claim on the release pattern of the series and its relevance with Mortal Kombat. Although we got these claims with some ideas based on supporting it, it’s just an assumption at the end of the day.

We gotta also acknowledge the fact that chance of these happening is almost none, but not impossible. Also, Injustice 3 and future releases have more chance of it happening. There can also be a standalone game of DC vs Marvel but as we mentioned before, it’s almost none. But a chance is a chance after all.

Ed Boon mentioned this wish of his in a tweet, let’s also note the fact that both Joker and Rambo were added to Mortal Kombat 11 with a DLC.

Maybe one day we will see a game where we witness DC vs Marvel, it could be a standalone game, or in Injustice 3, maybe something else? Who knows.
