The Resident Evil Origin Story Movie Reboot Cast Revealed
The Resident Evil origin story movie has almost all its major lead roles. Those include Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Claire Redfield, Leon S Kennedy, and Albert Wesker’s roles too. The upcoming movie will be an adaptation of the horror games Capcom fans know and love alongside the Netflix show. The cast of the Resident Evil origin story has been announced by the Production firm Constantin Film and writer/director Johannes Roberts.

-Hannah John-Kamen (Ant-Man) as Jill Valentine
-Robbie Amell (Upload) as Chris Redfield
-Tom Hopper (The Umbrella Academy) as Wesker
-Aven Jogia (Zombieland: Double Tap) as Leon Kennedy
-Neal McDonough (Yellowstone) as William Birkin
“With this movie, I really wanted to go back to the original first two games and recreate the terrifying visceral experience I had when I first played them whilst at the same time telling a grounded human story about a small dying American town that feels both relatable and relevant to today’s audiences.” said the director Johannes Roberts.
Robert Kulzer will be producing with James Harris of Tea Shop Productions. With Davis Films’ Victor Hadida, Constantin Films CEO Martin Moszkowics will act as executive producer. It looks like it will be interesting to see how this team handles Resident Evil-verse from an origin story perspective.
