PS5 Showcase Date Announced

It has been announced that the PlayStation 5 showcase will take place via live broadcast on Wednesday, September 16. This showcase will include updates on the latest titles from Worldwide Studios and our world-class development partners.

Although it is not clear, we will probably find out the price and release date of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition. Because Microsoft has revealed that Xbox Series X($499) and Xbox Series S($299) will be released in November 2020. 

Even if the pre-orders have not risen, yet, Sony gave the opportunity to its fans to get a chance to be one of the first to buy a Playstation 5 or PlayStation 5 Digital Edition. Moreover, it has been confirmed by Sony that there won’t be a surprise for pre-orders. So; even if Sony announces the prices and release dates in the event, pre-orders won’t be taken until a later date.
