Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire new video shows off huge Neketaka city

A mixture of old-school and modern RPG

Pillars of Eternity is probably one of the best old-schoolish RPG title out there. Following the steps of old RPGs like Icewind Dale and Baldur’s Gate, it provides a beautiful nostalgia for older players, and a new, contemporary experience for younger ones. First game was a huge success if you ask me. And now, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is coming. In order to keep us hyped, developers have released a video showing off the huge Neketaka city. The video shows us that the game looks pretty promising:

Unfortunately, we do not have any information about the official release date. It is expected to be available sometime in 2018. Even if it’s the case, the game already looks pretty amazing. The city is huge and we can presume that it will be the case for the whole map. Obsidian Entertainment is well known for their success on RPG titles. So expect them to make this a huge success as they already had done with the original game.
