New Absolver Trailer Shows off Weapons and Powers

Upcoming martial arts-focused action role-playing game Absolver is one of the highly anticipated titles for melee combat lovers.

Previously, we had the pleasure to share the release date with you guys. Absolver is coming for PC and PlayStation 4 on August 29 and you can watch the combat details video by visiting here.

Since there is a release date and we’ve covered the general news, Absolver decided to go deeper into the combat tactics of the game. According to the video, we must use powers and weapons judiciously since it is critical to defeat your opponents.

The video below clears that while in combat, you can steal your opponents weapons once you catch them off-guard. Our character’s fighting moves are customized in a “combat deck” of cards, with each card assigned to a move. We earn cards, equipment, and weapons by progressing through the game. You can collect the unseen energy during combat with Tension Shards and later use them for power attacks.
