Konami is Having An Internal Restructure

Konami has announced they are dissolving three production divisions, one of the changes with the internal restructure they are having right now. But some people got the wrong idea from these changes. There have been some speculations of Konami shutting down its gaming industry, but thankfully these have been cleared out by the company.

In an announcement to investors, Konami has explained on their website that the production division 1, 2, and 3 will be dissolved “to respond to the rapid market that surrounds us.” but that doesn’t mean the gaming industry is over for Konami. The misunderstandings were corrected and hopefully, the case is closed.

Konami is currently silent on things, probably due to the development of PES 2022, which is planned to be a next-gen experience. With their past works and prestige, it’s a company that can do an amazing job with upcoming titles.
