Konami’s Digital Entertainment segment reported ¥243.521 billion in revenue for the six months ended September 30, 2026, up 44.3% from the same period a year earlier.
Business profit for the segment reached ¥107.483 billion, an increase of 75.1% year over year, according to Konami Group’s interim financial report. At recent exchange rates, current coverage has placed those figures at roughly $1.5 billion in revenue and $681 million in business profit.
The distinction matters: ¥107.483 billion is the Digital Entertainment segment’s business profit, not Konami Group’s consolidated operating profit. Across the full group, Konami reported ¥307.975 billion in revenue and ¥111.264 billion in operating profit for the half-year period.
Konami attributed the segment’s performance to continued strength across several of its major businesses. The company highlighted a new Metal Gear Solid collection, Silent Hill: Townfall, ongoing eFootball campaigns and updates, and Yu-Gi-Oh! products and events. Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel also passed 100 million cumulative downloads during the reporting period.
Other releases and initiatives included eBaseball: Pro Spirit 2026, Suikoden STAR LEAP and the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2026. Together, the results show how Konami’s portfolio now spans premium console and PC releases, live-service games, mobile titles, card products and esports.
Konami Group raised its full-year forecast after the strong interim performance. The company’s consolidated first-half revenue rose 37% year over year, while consolidated business profit increased 72.2%.
