Welcome to Game News Plus. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gamenewsplus.net, including its articles, interactive features, account functionality, comments, reactions, polls, Daily Game Guess, and other services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Game News Plus
Game News Plus provides gaming news, articles, guides, reviews, editorial content, interactive features, and community functionality.
Some Site features are available without signing in, while others require a Game News Plus account created through a supported third-party sign-in provider.
2. Accounts and Sign-In
Game News Plus currently supports account creation and sign-in through Google and Discord.
When you sign in, Game News Plus may create a WordPress-based account using information provided by the selected authentication provider, such as:
- a provider-specific account identifier;
- your display name;
- your profile/avatar image; and
- the authentication provider associated with your account.
Game News Plus does not currently request an email address through its Google or Discord sign-in scopes for these community accounts.
Your internal WordPress username and password are generated automatically and are not intended to be used as a separate public login method.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google or Discord account you use to access Game News Plus.
We may restrict access to community features where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, other users, or the integrity of the service, including in response to abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
3. Community Features and User Content
Game News Plus may allow signed-in users to post comments, submit reactions, participate in interactive features, and otherwise contribute content or activity to the Site.
When you post a comment, your display name and profile image may be shown publicly with that comment.
You remain responsible for content you submit.
You must not submit or use the Site to distribute content that:
- is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights;
- contains threats, harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity;
- contains spam, scams, deceptive promotions, malware, or malicious code;
- attempts to expose private or confidential information without authorization;
- is intended to disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with the Site or its users; or
- otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.
By submitting content such as comments, you grant Game News Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process that content as necessary to operate, moderate, maintain, and provide the Site.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Game News Plus.
Game News Plus may moderate, hide, remove, or restrict user-submitted content where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
Users may have access to tools allowing them to delete their own comments. Where a comment has replies, deletion may be implemented in a manner that preserves the surrounding discussion while removing or marking the original contribution.
4. Reactions, Polls, and Interactive Features
Game News Plus may provide reactions, ratings, polls, voting systems, and similar interactive features.
You must not attempt to manipulate these features through automated voting, multiple accounts, scripts, bots, coordinated abuse, or other artificial means.
Game News Plus may apply technical limits or anti-abuse measures to protect the integrity of these systems.
5. Daily Game Guess
Daily Game Guess is an interactive Game News Plus feature that may be played by guests or signed-in users.
Gameplay rules, available guesses, scoring, timing, streaks, clues, or other mechanics may change as the feature evolves.
Guest activity may be stored using anonymous identifiers required to operate the game and enforce gameplay limits.
Signed-in users may have game results, streak information, and related gameplay data associated with their Game News Plus account.
A signed-in user’s display name may appear in the Daily Game Guess interface or on a share card where the user has enabled the relevant preference.
6. Editorial Content
Game News Plus publishes news, reporting, guides, commentary, reviews, and other editorial material.
We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but gaming products, release dates, prices, services, software, policies, availability, and other details may change after publication.
Content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee that information will remain current indefinitely.
Where Game News Plus reports information from external publications, companies, developers, publishers, public statements, or other sources, ownership of the underlying third-party material remains with the relevant rights holders.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s original text, branding, design, layout, graphics, code, and other original Game News Plus material are owned by or licensed to Game News Plus and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use Site content for personal and lawful purposes.
You may link to Game News Plus articles and may quote limited portions where permitted by applicable law and with appropriate attribution.
You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, systematically copy, sell, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of Game News Plus content without permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

- Discord sign-in;
- Google Analytics;
- Google AdSense;
- Google privacy and consent technologies;
- Cloudflare;
- Gravatar; and
- hosting, infrastructure, backup, and email-delivery services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Game News Plus does not control the availability, security, content, or policies of independent third-party services.

Links are provided for reference, attribution, convenience, or editorial purposes. Their inclusion does not necessarily mean that Game News Plus endorses the linked website, company, service, or content.
