It is Reported That Cyberpunk 2077 Staff Already Knew About The Terrible Bugs

I started to think that Cyberpunk 2077’s release could be a bigger disaster than I thought. Co-founder of CD Projekt apologized for the release state of Cyberpunk 2077 and he stated that the game’s bugs were not all known.

But, things may not have been the way they were stated. A report from Bloomberg shows that employees of the studio reject the claim that co-founder Marcin Iwiński made.

“As the launch date drew closer, everyone at the studio knew the game was in rough shape and needed more time,” Let’s be honest with ourselves, this game is still not ready at all and this statement was made for the November 19th release date. Postponing the game to December 10th did not help much. “exhausted programmers scrambled to fix as much as they could,” but these weren’t enough.

There is also a story about the devs work hours, this is just one of them. It’s been shared by Jason Schreier, the writer of the article that we mentioned above:

At least we are getting hotfixes and patches, and CD Project has already shared some details with us. I think it’s safe to say that CD Projekt will do whatever is necessary for post-launch, let’s hope every gamer will be able to experience Cyberpunk 2077 perfectly.
