Cyberpunk 2077 Free DLC Will Contain Cut Content

The upcoming DLCs for Cyberpunk 2077 will add a lot to the crazy and cool ideas that were minimized or even missing at the dystopic role-playing game launch.

Upon the news of the game’s third delay, the studio confirmed that the last two weeks will guarantee the debut of the project will be smooth. Despite changing stock prices throughout 2020, the game seemed to be on its way to becoming one of the biggest games of the year, and it looked like it would wipe out the awards at The Game Awards 2021. While its performance on PCs is fairly reliable, Cyberpunk 2077 has been a commotion all over Night City on the last generation consoles with tiny trees, melting faces, owned cars, and more accidents than you can swing a stick.

Xbox and PlayStation players were able to request a refund for the game. In fact, the game saw stratospheric success towards the end of December. Thirteen million copies have been sold after launch and adding that to the eight million pre-orders provided before launch, Cyberpunk 2077 is the exact definition of the golden goose.

CD Projekt Red is releasing patches that address numerous technical issues in the game, even though they take a break during the winter. Moreover, we found out that the next free DLC is on the horizon, and according to this anonymous employee, it will include content that was cut during development. Understandably, a few things fell as the company tried to achieve its goals in four versions of Cyberpunk 2077. It looks like we’ll see these elements return, which seems like a chance for the time and effort the team put into the game.
