You May Not Be Able to Refund Your PS4/Xbox One Copy of Your Cyberpunk 2077

It’s been a rough week for our friends who play Cyberpunk 2077 from their PS4/Xbox One consoles. All those bugs with the game and technical problems causing performance issues ruined most of the people’s expectations and fun. CD Projekt Red made a statement about the matter and it is said that people who have a copy of Cyberpunk 2077 on their PS4/Xbox One can refund their game.

But there is that one issue, and that issue is the refund policies of Sony and Microsoft. For example, Sony’s refund policy is that game shouldn’t have downloaded or streamed by the user and the transaction must have been made within 14 days.

Even though the announcement you saw above says you can refund your digital copy of Cyberpunk 2077, people began raising concerns about their rejected requests for a refund.

If no arrangement is made looks like players are stuck with their digital copy of Cyberpunk 2077, they’re gonna have to wait for patches at this point.
