PUBG is on sale on Steam for the first time
Highly-successful Battle Royale title PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is now on sale on Steam for the first time in its short history.
According to the announcement made by PUBG Corp, the reason behind the discount is that the game sold over 50 million units worldwide, Xbox and PC sales combined. If you include the mobile players, the number is over 87 million people play who PUBG every day.
Starting from June 19th and through July 5th, you’ll be able to grab it for just $19.99 (33.33% off the normal price). Here is what PUBG Corp has to say about this success:
We’re genuinely humbled by PUBG’s ongoing success and growth, and we’re incredibly optimistic about the game’s future. We’re going to keep working on new content and improvements for all versions of the game. We know there’s still so much we can do to make PUBG a better game for our players.
