Middle-earth: Shadow of War New Story Trailer is Out

A new trailer for the new LOTR title is out! And it’s breathtaking! From the adventure game which reflected the original story of Frodo and Sam to RTS games, Middle-Earth has been an immense source of today’s gaming industry. 10 years old The Lord of The Rings Online and other titles of the Tolkien universe have successfully continued the story line of this universe. And now, after all these different genres, we are waiting for the sequel of a well regarded, award winning LOTR game: Middle-earth: Shadow of War.

We were expecting the game to be released in August but the developers decided to delay it a little bit more until October. Since the first reveal trailer, I can honestly say that I’ve been waiting impatiently for this game. A new story line with tactical and action features in the Middle-earth is appealing for sure. And the characters fit perfectly to the story.

“Send the Nazûl, all of them.”

There are tons of videos about both the gameplay and the story line about Middle-earth: Shadow of War. But no matter what, we will have to wait until E3 to have the best idea until we can put our hands on the real copy of it. And to be able to sustain the interest, Warner Bros recently released another trailer. And it is…well, see for yourselves fellas:

So what we can expect is a tactical action game with a beautiful story line. And the most interesting part about this game is that it takes the franchise to a different level. Instead of the emotional and artistic reflection of the universe in other games, this game mainly focuses on hate, action and gore. And the violance level is pretty higher than the other LOTR games. And that means that we will see the Middle-earth from a different prespective.

We will control 2 protagonists: Talion and Celebrimbor. Like the first game, you will share Talion’ body with Celebrimbor and recruit armies to use them against Sauron. The Nemesis system from the original game is improved and now you will have your own commanders to use in battle or you can assign them to a keep that you’ve conquered. Well, long story short, the idea of conquering Mordor with orcs and trolls, using Mordor forces against Sauron are giving me the chills. You got my attention mate, you got my attention… But wait, it’s not over…is it a Balrog? Seriously?

And don’t forget that E3 is almost there. So we will be watching this game closely. And we will have other news coming up soon. So, stay tuned fellas and enjoy the trailers!
