Leak: New Call of Duty game will return to WWII

What would be the name?

There were speculations; Activision’s statements, and even Sledgehammer Games’ tweet about how the next Call of Duty game will be “on the ground”; but now we have a strong leak with some solid visual matter. Of course, there are no official announcements yet, so we’ll remain skeptical about the issue.

A Youtube channel TheFamilyVideoGamers which is notorious for their previous leaks, tells that he received an email from an anonymous person, who provided him with some leaked images about the next CoD game. Here be the images:

He has also a video about the issue but you’ve already seen enough to lose your sh*t, I guess. For us, we couldn’t get excited; for we’ve lost our belief in CoD games long ago. I mean, they are decent shooters, let’s all applaud that; but nothing more. We fear that the same will happen to the -probable- next World War II game. Being in a World War with eye-candy graphics is satisfying at least, as Battlefield 1 showed us.

We stated that the channel TheFamilyVideoGamers is notorious for leaks, especially about the Infinite Warfare. They even had a Reddit account named /u/infinitewarfareleaks which shut down by Activision itself.

All of the visuals can be fakes, taken from various films and such; so don’t get overly excited about them. But the knowledge of Call of Duty will returning to its roots and the design quality of leaked visuals, makes us wonder: Would a next-gen Omaha Beach scene be good? Hell yeah it would be good. It would be perfect. I missed Omaha Beach. It made us remember that people are nothing but the sand in rulers’ hands to throw into fire… Ahem. I should buy a boat.
