The Avatar Legends Pack for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds launches October 13 in Sega’s English-language regions, while the Japanese release is listed for October 14. The crossover adds Aang and Katara as playable racers, the Gliding Air machine, and the Lion Turtle Island course.

The official Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds announcement confirms the October 13 date and describes the release as the final content drop of Year One. Gematsu’s Japanese release report lists October 14 for Japan; the one-day difference is regional rather than a separate pack.

On Sega’s official Season Pass guide, the Avatar Legends Pack is identified as Wave 6, following the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pack. The same first-party guide confirms Aang, Katara, Gliding Air, and Lion Turtle Island, and says the collaboration DLC will also be sold separately.

Microsoft’s official Season Pass listing adds that the two racers receive six emotes each and eight additional sounds. The pack is included in the original Season Pass as its final paid crossover release.

Sega is also using the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds World Championship Finals on October 9 to preview what is ahead in Year Two. That makes the Avatar release the close of the first year’s paid DLC schedule rather than the end of support for the game.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.

Which Avatar racer are you taking onto Lion Turtle Island first: Aang or Katara?
