Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced a new software update for the PlayStation Portal remote player, rolling out on June 19. The update introduces support for sign-in screens on select public Wi-Fi networks, allowing players to connect their devices in various locations like hotels and cafes. Additional features include new visual feedback for touchpad areas and an option to display the battery level percentage. Popular games on PS Portal include “God of War Ragnarök,” “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2,” and “Fortnite.”
