Microsoft is testing its new Xbox Game Pass Standard tier, which offers the standard Game Pass library for Xbox with online multiplayer but excludes day one game releases. Xbox Insiders can try it out for $1, with this price applying to renewals during the preview. The full launch will see the Standard tier priced at $14.99 per month, while existing Game Pass for console subscribers will continue with their current plans.
