How to watch the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026 Broadcast
Viewers can watch through the global Xbox YouTube channel, Xbox Japan on YouTube, Xbox’s Twitch channel, and Tokyo Game Show’s official YouTube channel. Xbox’s global YouTube stream will be available in 4K with American Sign Language and English audio descriptions.
The broadcast will use a mix of Japanese and English audio, making captions useful for viewers following the entire show. Xbox’s Tokyo Game Show 2026 plans
Xbox’s presence extends beyond the digital presentation. Minecraft Dungeons II will be playable on the show floor, giving players in Japan their first hands-on opportunity after the game’s gamescom debut. The cooperative dungeon crawler is due September 29, 2026 and will be available through Game Pass on day one; it is also included in our guide to the major September 2026 game releases.
Happinet will host a playable multiplayer build of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 ahead of its October 23, 2026 global launch. Attendees can find it in Hall 6 at booth 06-N4. The appearance follows the game’s recent open beta.
Xbox FanFest will also take place in Japan on September 17, with a watch party for the broadcast and appearances by Misuzu Araki and Larry Hryb. Xbox has not yet detailed every game that will appear during the presentation, leaving the full lineup for the broadcast itself.
Tokyo Game Show 2026 runs from September 17 through September 21 at Makuhari Messe. The first two days are reserved for business attendees, while the public days run from September 19 through September 21. Xbox’s plans were detailed in the company’s official event announcement.
