It was previously reported that Pokémon TCG Pocket has surpassed 30 million downloads, generating over $12 million within its first four days. Now, new leaks have revealed exciting updates about upcoming events and expansions.

According to CentroLeaks on X, a new special booster pack called “A1a” is expected to launch on December 16, 2024. This will be followed by a larger expansion, “A2,” set for release on January 29, 2025. The A1a pack is expected to resemble the Genetic Apex expansion, which is currently available.

Additional leaks suggest that new card types and rarities may be introduced soon, though details are still unconfirmed. Several events are also on the horizon, including a potential Black Friday event on November 21, a Mass Outbreak event running from November 21 to 28, and a Drop Event from November 28 to December 12. A store update is scheduled for November 30.

In December, two events featuring Bulbasaur and Magnemite will take place. The first part will run from December 5-19, with the second part from December 12-19. The A1a booster pack’s release is expected to coincide with the first part of the Bulbasaur & Magnemite event. The A2 expansion is slated for release on December 29, although all these dates are tentative.
