The Last of Us: Part 3 Might be More than Just A Dream
It’s a well-known fact that the current focus point of The Last of Us fans is the HBO series premiere later this month. The multiplayer version of the title is another thing that the fans anticipate. But what if I told you that we might see a Part 3 for the franchise in the future?
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Neil Druckmann said that he can’t reveal if a game from Naughty Dog is coming, but says “I think there is more story to tell.” Fueling the rumors that say Part 3 is coming. Well, at the moment, even if it’s coming, we don’t have any information on the dates.
This is not the first time a new game for the franchise was indicated, as Druckmann and Part 2 co-writer Halley Gross have mentioned an outline for a story “that we’re not making – but I hope one day can see the light of day – that explores a little bit what happens after this game. We’ll see.” back in April 2021.
