17-Year-Old Hacker from The UK Arrested for Connection with GTA 6 Leaks

A 17-year-old in Oxfordshire has been arrested by the UK police. This was done due to an ongoing investigation of the GTA 6 leaks, ex-Reuters journalist Matt Keys says.

This news comes after Uber’s announcement, which was about the hacking of their systems. The attack’s credit was taken by the hacker who revealed the GTA 6 leaks. Uber said that they believe a group named “Lapsus$” carried out the hack on their systems, which could mean that the arrested 17-year-old might be affiliated with this group.

Apparently, this group named “Lapsus$” is already familiar with teen hackers, as a 16-year-old was arrested due to suspicions of being a “multi-millionaire cyber-criminal” and leader of “Lapsus$” this march. We don’t know if there is any relation between the two arrests.

We don’t know if any of these claimed details regarding the 17-year-old are true, so we should wait until we get a public statement before jumping to conclusions. As of now, there aren’t any charges against the 17-year-old. We’ll see what happens next.
