Final Fantasy 14 PS5 Version Open Beta Release To Begin April 2021
Square Enix announced that the PS5 version of Final Fantasy 14 will enter Open Beta on April 13, 2021 and will include 4K resolution support, faster load times and significantly improved frame rate. There will be two modes, one for resolution and one for frame rate, and will be released the same day as 5.5 Patch.
Players who have a Final Fantasy 14 service account with a registered license for the PS4 version will be able to download and play the PS5 Upgrade Edition at no extra cost.
Final Fantasy 14 is available on PS5, but this version will be fully optimized for Sony’s latest console.
The PS5 version of Final Fantasy 14 has been announced with Endwalker, the latest expansion pack to be released in the Fall of 2021.
Final Fantasy 14: Endwalker will not only take players to the moon, but will also end the story that started with A Realm Reborn.
