Star Wars: Battlefield 2 will get a Clone Wars themed update in the future
EA has announced that their Star Wars title will receive a new update soon. The update will introduce new Clone Wars themed features and characters. Specifically, the update will introduce improved squad system, a dogfighting mode and four new heroes.
The updated squad system will let you team up much easier and play with your friends. Starfire game mode is about dogfights in hero ships. Also, Geonosis, the place where the Clone Wars begun is coming to the game too. The new four characters are prety interesting too: General Grievous, Count Dooku, Obi-wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker will be the new playable heroes with this update.
The exact date of the update is not clear yet. However, on the Twitter account of EA, it is said that it would come in the coming months:
