Well, one month ago we’ve mentioned about the same thing, next Call of Duty game may be Call of Duty: Black Ops IV. Still, it is a mystery, yet we have some more information about the subject.
According to the information, Black Ops 4 is in development at Treyarch which is already familiar with its three other Black Ops games and the game will actually be out late in the year.
COD 2018 is Black Ops 4 and is coming to PS4/Xbox/PC/Switch. It is set in the modern times and is boots on the ground. The Switch version will support DLC, HD Rumble and motion controls. The Switch version is also being ported by a company which is familar with COD games.

Now, it has been said that the title will be written as Black Ops IIII. Thanks to Kotaku, we have this information. This can be an information about how Activision does not know how to use Roman numerals, but it also means something different which we don’t know for sure. Kotaku confirms that the rumors are true and Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII is under development.
Kotaku also shared a footage of James Harden wearing a cap with a logo which looks like an upgraded version of Black Ops III. Kotaku later confirmed that it is actually the logo of Black Ops IV.
