Respawn’s Star Wars game could be out by March 2020

We had already heard that the developer studio behind the Titanfall series, Respawn, was working on a third-person action game which takes place in Star Wars universe. But until recently, we hadn’t had any chance to hear more from this project. However, CFO of EA, Blake Jorgensen has indicated in the earnings call today, that the game was expected to be out during EA’s 2020 fiscal year which covers the time between April 1st 2019 and march 31st 2020. Moreover, the game still doesn’t have a title. But the studio is working on it.

Jorgensen also indicated that he expected this new title to be out before the sequel of Battlefront 2. But he also added that they haven’t decided yet if they wanted to make the sequel or not. So, even if it were to come out in the future, it will be after this new Star Wars game.

Lastly, I should warn you guys that the studio is still working on a new Titanfall game. So it is a big possibility that we will have to wait a little bit more before we can get more information.
