Hell Let Loose – An Upcoming Realistic World War II Title

Surprisingly, it is also an indie game.

Developer Black Matter seems ready to be one of these studios which creates a content about WWII, you may say. Well, it is true that war sells, but also it means you shoulder a heavy burden since the market is full of strong competitors. So lets overcome the prejudice and take a good look at Hell Let Loose.

Hell Let Loose is a realistic multiplayer World War Two combined arms first person shooter of open battles of up to 100 players with infantry, tanks, artillery and a shifting front line” says the description. The game offers a vast opportunity and great experience of battle.

The game is under development for only PC in Unreal Engine 4 which means it will look more real than reality itself. Here, take a look:

It is a noteworthy work when you think about how small the team is. The developers aim to show us different stages from the WWII like German, Japanese, Russian, British and U.S. campaigns in a PvP setup. Each map will be around 4km2 which is divided up into large cap sectors and you will be able to establish supply lines, vehicles and spawn points.

The first theater of war is the sleepy Norman town of St Marie Du Mont on D-Day 1944 in northern France during Operation Overlord. It features a stunning and detailed 1:1 scale battlefield recreated from archival reference material and satellite photography.

Hell Let Loose uses historically accurate weapons, logistics, armor and tactics and requires teamwork and communication in order to survive and win.

A closed pre-Alpha of Hell Let Loose is expected to begin in October 2017, with a Kickstarter campaign.

Enjoy!
