Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is Getting a PC-Xbox One Cross-Play

The developer studio of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has recently revealed some news. The devs want to make it possible to have a cross-play between PC an Xbox One. It is easy to understand that developers started considering the cross-play more and more necessary for their games. But there are two sides of the coin. One will make you happy when you’re playing with your PC lover friends. And the other will make you smash your controller with rage. Yes, the opponent was using a keyboard and a mouse to aim.

A step forward in the competitive gaming hell.

This problem is not something only players were concerned about. The devs also mentioned that they were trying to find a solution to make the game equally frustrating…I mean enjoyable. It is obvious that the job will not be easy. What they are trying to do is pretty understandable. And they want to make it clear that they work hard. They indicated that for console players, to make aiming easier, they consider implementing a feature which will aid the players’ aiming.

We don’t know if they will be able to satisfy both PC and Xbox One users. Or if they will be able to handle the psychological pressure from the competitive gaming community. Because as we know, the game itself, as a competitive game, is already attractive for flaming gamers. And as devs, they should be careful about what they implement in the game.
