Achievement entries for several original Xbox games have started appearing on some Xbox player profiles, but the feature does not appear to be fully active and Microsoft has not announced a new rollout.

Screenshots shared by Xbox users show profile listings for Destroy All Humans! (2005), Full Spectrum Warrior, Star Wars: Republic Commando, Panzer Dragoon Orta, and KOF NEOWAVE. The entries display 0/0 achievements and zero Gamerscore, indicating that complete achievement lists are not yet available through these surfaced records.

For now, the screenshots are evidence of an early profile appearance rather than an official launch. Microsoft has not confirmed that achievements are live for those five games, nor has it announced when their full lists might become available.

Microsoft did previously confirm the broader plan. In its July announcement for Xbox Backward Compatibility on PC, the company said achievements would come later in 2026 to select original Xbox games on both console and PC. The first four backward-compatible PC releases—BLiNX: The Time Sweeper, Conker: Live and Reloaded, Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, and Fuzion Frenzy—were specifically named for achievement updates in the following months.

The newly surfaced titles go beyond that initial group, but the empty totals mean players should wait for Microsoft to confirm the final lists, supported games, and rollout timing.
