Toei Animation has announced a hiatus for the One Piece anime following the airing of Episode 1122. Fans will be treated to a newly-edited version of the Fish-Man Island Arc, titled One Piece Log: Fish-Man Island Saga. This special edition will condense the original story into 21 episodes with enhanced visuals and updated themes. The series will air starting October 27, 2024, while Part II of the Egghead Arc is scheduled to resume in April 2025. The special 25th-anniversary episode airs on October 20, offering a unique perspective on the Straw Hats’ reunion after the Summit War.
