PlayStation Game Size reported on October 27 that the Standard Edition of Grand Theft Auto VI has a 210 GB download size on PlayStation 5. The account also listed a November 12 preload date and a midnight release on November 19.
The 210 GB figure has not been announced by Rockstar Games, so it should be treated as reported information rather than a confirmed final file size. Rockstar has not published an Xbox Series X|S download size, and the PS5 figure should not be assumed to apply to Microsoft’s consoles.
Rockstar has officially confirmed that GTA 6 launches for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. Digital preloads begin November 12, one week before release.
Is 210 GB more storage than you expected GTA 6 to require on PS5?
