Sucker Punch Productions has officially announced Ghost of Yōtei, a new entry in their Ghost series, set for a 2025 release. The game introduces a new protagonist, Atsu, and shifts its focus to 1603 Japan in the lands surrounding Mount Yōtei, a region that was outside the rule of Japan at the time. The developers have promised new gameplay mechanics, stunning visuals, and a world built from the ground up for the PlayStation 5. The team has not yet revealed much about Atsu’s story but promises to share more in the coming months.
