FromSoftware has delayed The Duskbloods from its planned 2026 release window to 2027. The Nintendo Switch 2 multiplayer action game does not yet have a specific launch date.
In its official announcement, FromSoftware said development has entered a final adjustment period focused on game rules and balance. The studio wants to improve the range of strategies and approaches players can use after feedback from the August 2026 network test.
The Duskbloods is a PvPvE game built around online matches for up to eight players. Participants control the Bloodsworn, fighters empowered by special blood, and compete against both other players and hostile enemies.
The delay leaves 2027 as the only confirmed release window for the Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive.
Are you comfortable waiting until 2027 if the extra development time improves The Duskbloods’ balance?
