Dr Disrespect, whose real name is Guy Beahm, returned to YouTube on September 6th to address his lifetime ban from Twitch. In front of over 200,000 viewers, Beahm denied allegations of inappropriate messages sent through Twitch’s Whispers system and claimed he was the victim of a conspiracy. He criticized Twitch for banning him without legal grounds, saying the decision was based on leaked information from a former employee. Beahm also announced that he would reapply for YouTube monetization on September 25th. While maintaining that his actions were within legal boundaries, Beahm argued that the accusations were unfounded and poorly investigated by Twitch.
