November 2026 is shaping up to be one of the year’s most consequential release months. Grand Theft Auto VI is finally due on November 19, but Rockstar’s blockbuster is not arriving alone: Nintendo has rebuilt a landmark Zelda adventure for Switch 2, Blizzard is opening a permanent new version of Azeroth, and the calendar also includes major new games, ports, remasters, and complete editions.

It focuses on the biggest and most notable November 2026 game releases for players in the United States while noting important global and regional differences. 1. Grand Theft Auto VI — November 19

Grand Theft Auto VI is the month’s defining release. Rockstar has confirmed a November 19 launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with no PC version announced. The new single-player game follows Jason and Lucia through Vice City and the wider state of Leonida after a robbery pulls them into a larger conspiracy.

Digital preloads begin November 12, while physical boxes also become available that day with a download code rather than a disc. Readers following every confirmed detail can find the latest reporting in our GTA 6 Game Hub. Nothing else on the calendar is likely to command the same attention, but November has enough variety that GTA VI does not have the month to itself.

2. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time — November 5

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is not a simple emulated rerelease. Nintendo describes it as a classic tale built from the ground up exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2, making “remake” the accurate release type.

The November 5 release adds completely overhauled visuals, orchestral music, voice acting, expanded cutscenes, enhanced controls, and a modern camera. Players can also use traditional buttons or the Switch 2 microphone to play Link’s ocarinas. Our Ocarina of Time Complete FAQ covers the confirmed editions, price, file size, amiibo support, and other launch details.

3. World of Warcraft: Forever — November 4

World of Warcraft: Forever launches globally through Battle.net on November 4. Blizzard is positioning it as a permanent home alongside modern World of Warcraft and WoW Classic, not as a limited season or another Classic progression server.

The new experience returns to a reimagined original Azeroth, taking characters from level 1 to 60 across the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor while adding new stories, dungeons, raids, and continuing updates. Access is included with an active World of Warcraft subscription or game time; the paid upgrade packs add cosmetics and other extras rather than basic access. Our World of Warcraft: Forever guide explains the subscription, packs, beta, and launch content in more detail.

4. Stellar Blade Complete Edition — November 5 in the US

Stellar Blade Complete Edition brings SHIFT UP’s existing action adventure to Nintendo Switch 2 rather than introducing a sequel. The simultaneous worldwide release unlocks at 7 a.m. Pacific on November 5, which is midnight on November 6 in Japan and Korea.

The package includes the base game, the NieR:Automata and GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE DLC, Complete Edition bonuses, and four Bayonetta-inspired outfits. The physical edition contains the full game on the cartridge. Switch 2-specific work includes Joy-Con 2 motion controls for activities such as fishing. More launch specifics are collected in our Stellar Blade Switch 2 Complete FAQ.

5. Football Manager 27 — November 10

Football Manager 27 launches globally from November 10. The main PC and Mac version will be available through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Xbox PC app. FM27 Console is confirmed for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, while FM27 Mobile returns through Netflix on iOS and Android. FM27 Touch also launches on Apple Arcade for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.

Sports Interactive has directly confirmed launch access for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers in the applicable versions. This year’s changes include smarter navigation, a more adaptable interface, and a reworked match-day presentation. For the full platform and subscription breakdown, see our Football Manager 27 Complete FAQ.

6. Warhammer Survivors — November 10

Warhammer Survivors is a new roguelite action game drawing from both Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar. It launches November 10 for PC through Steam and GOG, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, and Android.

The game sends players into escalating enemy hordes to level up, evolve weapons, and build increasingly powerful runs. Games Workshop says the launch version includes more than 40 playable characters and over 70 weapons, with Tyranids, Skaven, and other enemies representing both Warhammer settings.

7. SONIC PICO PARK — November 12

SONIC PICO PARK marks Sonic the Hedgehog’s 35th anniversary with a full crossover game from TECOPARK. The cooperative action puzzler launches November 12 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

Groups of two to eight players must cooperate to reach each stage’s goal, now with Sonic mechanics including the Spin Dash, rings, loops, and springs. Local and online multiplayer are supported, along with cross-platform play. It is a new PICO PARK entry built around the collaboration, not downloadable content for an earlier game.

8. DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered — November 10

DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered revives the 2004 co-op action adventure on November 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Aspyr has rebuilt the presentation with improved textures, an enhanced interface, 4K visuals and cutscenes on supported hardware, plus a Photo Mode and unlockable cheats. The team-based structure remains intact: players can swap among Shrek characters and play alone or with up to four people through couch co-op, online multiplayer, or a mixture of both.

9. Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered — November 3

Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered brings Pipeworks’ 2002 arena fighter back on November 3 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

This is a remaster of the original brawler, not a new Godzilla story. Atari and Pipeworks have enhanced the visuals, updated gameplay and the unlock system, and added online multiplayer alongside local four-player battles. The roster contains 12 kaiju, while eight destructible locations have day and night variants.

10. Metaphor: ReFantazio — November 12

Metaphor: ReFantazio reaches Nintendo Switch 2 on November 12. This is a port of Studio Zero’s existing role-playing game, not a sequel or a separate new adventure.

The release gives Nintendo players access to the complete base game, with a separate Atlus 35th Digital Anniversary Edition bundling digital art, music, history material, and eight costume-and-battle-music DLC sets. Its arrival adds a substantial single-player RPG to a month otherwise dominated by one new open-world blockbuster and a wide assortment of revived classics.

More Notable Games, Ports and Special Editions Coming in November 2026

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Encore Edition — November 5

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Encore Edition brings Eidos-Montréal’s 2021 adventure to Switch 2 with the base game, all previously released digital content, five exclusive glam-rock outfits, mouse aiming and menu support, and gyroscope controls for selected sequences.

Edge of Memories — November 5

Edge of Memories is a new third-person action RPG from Midgar Studio and Nacon for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Its standard launch is November 5; the Deluxe Edition offers 48-hour early access from November 3, which should not be confused with the general release date.

Pikmin 4 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy — November 12

Pikmin 4 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy combines the original Switch game with improved resolution, microphone commands for Oatchi, GameShare-supported Dandori Battles, and a new Dandori Academy mode. The Academy will receive 72 timed treasure-collection stages over time. Existing Pikmin 4 owners can buy the upgrade pack separately; our complete FAQ has the full breakdown.

Barbie Rewind — November 12

Barbie Rewind combines DreamHouse decoration with a playable archive of 16 Barbie games released between 1991 and 2007, including the previously unreleased Barbie: Vacation Adventure. Digital Eclipse’s collection launches across PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and Switch 2.

Nocturnal 2 — November 10

Nocturnal 2 is a new hand-drawn Metroidvania for PC via Steam. Its flame-based combat and traversal open routes through an interconnected city, while revisiting earlier areas can reveal new paths and multiple endings.

ZERO PARADES: Director’s Cut — November 3 on PS5

ZERO PARADES: Director’s Cut makes its PlayStation 5 debut on November 3. The expanded espionage RPG already reached PC as a free Director’s Cut update on October 1, so the November date specifically marks the PS5 release.

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ — November 19

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance+ launches for Nintendo Switch 2 on November 19. Nicalis’ package includes the complete game and all DLC, hundreds of updates and improvements, and online co-op for up to four players across every game mode.

Gothic 3 Classic — November 24

Gothic 3 Classic closes the month on November 24 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. THQ Nordic’s rerelease integrates Community Patch 1.75, additional gameplay improvements, a gamepad-focused interface, and optimization work for the open-world RPG.

November’s appeal comes from the contrast: GTA VI is the obvious center of gravity, but Zelda, WoW: Forever, Football Manager 27, distinctive new AA games, and an unusually deep group of remasters and Switch 2 editions give players meaningful alternatives. Which November 2026 release are you planning to play first?
