Existing characters also receive a skill-tree reset because 1.0 changes skills and progression. Players should spend their points again before heading into difficult areas.

What is new in Enshrouded 1.0?

The full map of Embervale is now accessible. The major new endgame region is Cinder’s Cradle, a northern area that combines lava-covered ruins with floating islands, new enemies, quests, and progression.
