NetherRealm Begins New Project, DLC Support for Mortal Kombat 11 Ended

NetherRealm has posted a tweet on their Twitter account informing people that they will be working on their next project, then explaining that the DLC support for Mortal Kombat 11 has ended.

We don’t know what exactly is the project NetherRealm mentions in their tweet yet, I guess we’ll see it in time.

Well, this announcement means we’ll not receive new content for Mortal Kombat 11, and, well, no new characters being added to the game is also heartbreaking. Let’s just hope that the new game will be worth the wait.
