Microsoft will Make Next-Gen Games Playable on Xbox One

Microsoft has made the decision to implement their Xbox Series X/S exclusive games for Xbox One series, extending the console’s lifespan.

This decision was announced on an Xbox wire post, where they explain that they will be using xCloud, a service that would offer cloud gaming, to give Xbox One series owners a chance to play next-gen games without purchasing new hardware.

“For millions of people who play on Xbox One consoles today, we are looking forward to sharing more about how we will bring many of these next-gen games, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, to your console through Xbox Cloud Gaming, just like we do with mobile devices, tablets, and browsers.”

This means Xbox One users may choose to stick with their Xbox One consoles and play next-gen games intended to release for Xbox Series X/S. Microsoft giving such a chance to gamers is absolutely amazing, and we support it 100%.
