So there are many people who think the Insomniac Games gave us one of the best Spider-Man titles and the best Spider-Man videogame. It was fun in many ways. Like the combat mechanics or the way web-slinging across the city felt.
The Insomniac’s game which was released in 2019 changed a lot about the Spider-Man universe we know. It made a new universe by adding stuff from different comics and movies. And it added some other stuff to the universe with the 2020’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
Thanks to Ewan Moore from Gamingbible, I realized something. At the beginning of 2019’s Spider-Man, we have a Peter that was fighting crime for almost 8 years. So he is very experienced and he knows what he is doing.
The thing I’m trying to say is, think about how good of an experience would it be if we saw Peter trying to learn his powers and responsibilities. Almost every other Spider-Man game tried to achieve this but unfortunately, they were nothing more than an ordinary ”superhero game”. And we all know what I mean by ”superhero game”.
But we all know how Insomniac nailed it with their two Spider-Man games. So I would love to see a game that tells Peter’s past from Insomniac. But most important is what do you think about this idea?
