Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West’s Aloy Officially Join Fortnite

PlayStation exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn and upcoming Horizon Forbidden West’s Aloy will officially join Fortnite on April 15, 2021.

Announced via PlayStation.Blog, Aloy is the latest member of the Gaming Legends series and comes with a limited time mode called “Team Up! Aloy & Lara” in which players are automatically equipped as Aloy or Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft on Duos. The mod that will only allow Aloy’s Sagittarius and Lara to use Dual Pistols.

Aloy will also be available as part of a pack that includes the Blaze Canister Back Bling, Heart-rizon Emote, Aloy the Skywatcher Loading Screen, Glinthawk Glider, Aloy’s Spear Harvesting Tool, and Shield-Weaver Wrap. All items can be purchased individually, but those who purchase the pack will receive a loading screen as a bonus.

The Ice Hunter Aloy style will also be available for those playing Fortnite on PlayStation 5, and this new style is based on Horizon Zero Dawn’s Banuk Ice Hunter outfit. This PlayStation exclusive style is unlocked similar to how God of War Kratos worked when it joined Fortnite.

Aloy will be the last in a long transition series that celebrates some of the best movies, TV shows, and video games, and will definitely be part of Sony’s plan to build excitement for Horizon Forbidden West for PS5.
