Lady Dimitrescu is a character on Resident Evil Villiage. She was probably designed to be scary but the internet did what the internet does the best and fetishized this character in weird ways.
And the world’s tallest model Yekaterina Lisina made cosplay of this character. She is 6’9” ( 2,06 m). She did a great job with this cosplay and shared it on her Instagram account.
