Mortal Kombat’s Release Date Got Delayed!

The upcoming Mortal Kombat movie got delayed. Warner Bros. announced that the movie will now be released on April 23. Originally it was planned to release on April 16.

HBO announced this delay in a press release sent to IGN. But they did not explain why this date got pushed back a week. This movie is set to premiere on HBO MAX and in theaters at the same time.

This movie will explain some of the lore of Mortal Kombat and it will include some legendary characters from the Mortal Kombat series. Like Sub-Zero and Scorpion. So if you are interested in the universe of Mortal Kombat, I recommend you to watch this movie as soon as it gets released.
