Giant Motor Gives PC Enough Rumble To Shake The Heavens

Jatin Patel is an iOS developer working on some projects for his YouTube channel. His last million-dollar idea was to connect a giant 2,880 rpm induction motor to his DualShock and make the relatively pitiful noise of the controller extraordinary.

As you can see in the video, all it takes is some duct tape to make a giant version of Patel’s found on most controllers and keep his monitor from slipping off his desk.

Rather than dwell on the sleeker touches of Nintendo’s Joy-Cons and Sony’s DualSense, Patel’s project envisions a wonderful world where video game developers embrace the “go big or go home” mentality.
