Another PS Exclusive Game Days Gone Set to Release for PC
Looks like we’re not done with the PS exclusive games for PC yet. And now we have Days Gone on our hands, the release for PC is set for Spring 2021.
With a “straightforward decision” said Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Jim Ryan, they decided to release PC ports of PS exclusive games. And they continue that decision with Days Gone, for now, the project is confirmed and we are yet to get more details on it.
“There’s an opportunity to expose those great games to a wider audience and recognize the economics of game development, which are not always straightforward. The cost of making games goes up with each cycle, as the calibre of the IP has improved. Also, our ease of making it available to non-console owners has grown. So it’s a fairly straightforward decision for us to make.”
After Horizon Zero Dawn, we have another game that will get released on PC. And Days Gone looks like it’s not the end of this train, as Sony pursues to release their games to a “wider audience”.
