BioWare has shared some news with fans in an interview, and there will be changes to some features with Mass Effect: Legendary Edition that will reduce the number of scenes with highlighted female physical properties.
The camera angles and highlighted areas of specific scenes for Miranda will be changed, and some animations which are especially for male character models will be remade for female character models. Additionally, stuff like the masculine posture for the female version of Shepard will be fixed.
Developers say that not all the models will be changed, but the camera angles that we know from the original game will be changed. Mass Effect: Legendary Edition releases on 14 May 2021 for PC, PS4/5, and Xbox One/Series X/S.
