Star Wars Battlefront 2 is Free to Download The Next Week
Star Wars Battlefront 2 is the free version of the Epic Store next week. From Thursday, January 14th, you’ll be able to download and enjoy DICE’s sci-fi shooter game.
If you haven’t checked out Battlefront 2 since its undeniably disappointing launch in 2017, we recommend you take another look. Like Darth Vader or Kylo Ren, the game has gone through a redemption process over the past few years. EA and DICE turned down the oppressive amount of micro-conversions, started adding more free content regularly, and turned the game into a truly excellent shooter and the Star Wars franchise’s love letter.
I should also mention that Epic offers the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition, which means it includes the entire collection of customization content available through in-game purchase until the Rise of Skywalker update. Over the years, DICE has added many great new characters, maps, and modes that have completely changed the experience.
