Spider-Man 2000 Developer Working On a Remaster

Released in 2000 for the original PlayStation, N64, and Dreamcast, Spider-Man was one of the first 3D superhero games to hit the market. The game is almost twenty years old at this point, so it probably didn’t age perfectly.

Neversoft has managed to create a game that offers a solid and immersive Spider-Man experience, despite technical limitations and the fact that no one is doing what they do. You can swing between buildings, climb walls, combine various web-based attacks. You can fight some of the webhead’s most popular enemies like Venom, Carnage, and Doctor Octopus.

We know that the team at Neversoft has been able to tackle the problems that arise and have created a game that has been well received by both critics and gamers. Findley, himself a huge Spidey fan, said he had nothing but good memories he had while working on Spider-Man.
